Poland, wow, how much to say about one place. It's quiet, peaceful and full of people who insist on saying hello at 8 in the morning. The place where we worked for 16 hours every day for 10 days, was amazing. After the fifth day it became so familiar i never wanted to leave. The place just seemed to love everyone, to calm people. The work we did gave me a new sense of knowing myself. Of knowing what i could do with my life. I found, whilst working with Gardzienice, that i could be on a stage without feeling judged. Even performing my life story seemed to be fun and exciting. Not over the top, not sad or funny but both. My Nan, college, Kriztov, school and uni made aan appearence. There are some things in life that you cannot ignore. We started our days with a morning run for an hour, intertwind with exercises and partner excersises, then football (Obviously) and then breakfast. We then had music and studied angient greek music. Then partner training, then lunch at 3pm. We had a film about the company, more music after that and then more partner training. Then snake (or snack) then work with our director, then night run for an hour. Then after that at 9pm we did some more work with our director. Then bed at about 12pm. They were long but beautifully full days. We watched films about the company and how they came to be, how they have become what they are. We met some people who had written books about the company and about what the company do. Partner training consited of each person being in a pair and then building up a relationship with the other person. My pair was amazing, we had such a connection. we knew what we were and weren't going to do. I let him lead and that was it, we were great. Then we had to show people what we worked on. It was ok, we had a few kinks to unkink and then we were done. We also had individual work to work on, which included Iphangenia. This we did in angient Greek, which was amazing. The english text was good but the ancient greek was full of emotion. I ended up crying. It was great.
